So as I said in my last post, I took part in the Race for Life on Sunday.
It was a very soggy day, at one point it was like a monsoon but I kept going with the encouragement of my collage Reena.

We walked for a bit then jogged and walked then jogged and walked... you get the idea :).
All in all it took us 43 minutes, not bad I say for my first Race for Life.
We raised £422.00 which is 41% more than out £300 target and I plan to do it again next year :)

That's really great that you got to participate in this race and I would love to do something like this one day! And it's wonderful how much more money you raised past your goal!
