Happy Easter

Hi Lovely people,

How are you? I hope you have had a very restful Easter weekend.

Today Mr Berto & I pop to his folks for some yummy food & fabulous company.

I was in charge of supplying the homemade Apple Crumble & Mr Berto's dad was going to teach me to make homemade custard to go with it.

It was amazing!!! I definitely plan to make it again, as it was so simple & tasted so much better than the store brought versions. Mr Berto's dad added lemon peel to it which you can just about see poping up from the mixture in the picture,  gave it an amazing taste.

As I knew today was going to be about eating I decided to wear my honeymoon dress (as in I brought this dress especially for my honeymoon). It has an elasticated waist so it was very forgiving post Easter Sunday lunch.

I did have to loosen my belt a little :)

I recently purchased these brogues from eBay they are Clarks Hamble Oak. They are so comfortable I can easily see me wearing them to death. I love the mixture of Navy & Tan especially my tights & brogues.

I also paired it with one of my favorite Cardigans. I am mad for elbow patches, I have always added them to my jumpers/blazers/cardigans. I loved this version so much I brought it in blue too :)

Well I am now going to lay in bed & fall into a food coma.
